Enesse Bhé

Enesse adopts film photography as a teenager after discovering his high school’s dark room. Born in Canada, he trains at the Université de Québec à Montréal (UQAM) in communication and cinema but it is the visual art classes that appeal to him the most.

In the decade following his graduation, Enesse works in the post-production of animation series for several producers including Ciné-Group, Astral and PRH.

Putting photography aside for a while, he changes direction and also makes a living with his writing talent providing various services such as news reporting, scripting scenarios for short and feature films, music videos and developing projects for a cartoon series and news programs such as "Les fruits de la passion".

He directs a short film "Les masques à terre" and "Moonlight," a music video with a score by Gabriel Faure, interpreted by Francine Chabot and Thérèse Ryan.

In 2009, he reconnects with photography and the fulfilment it brings him. Enesse devotes himself to alternative photography full-time with his first pinhole camera from Hong Kong. It is a revelation! He finds his niche.

The medium is the message.

According to Enesse, pinhole photography translates an organic reality into an image alive with a transparent soul.

He identifies his work of architectural photography with that of portraitist Yousuf Karsh, since both depict famous buildings as if they are public figures.

My approach to architectural photographic is to create environments in the manner of pictorial cubism from urban landscapes by deconstructing and reshaping the scenery.

For now, Enesse hopes for an open ticket to photograph the most beautiful architectural works of the world.
